All service attempts are conducted in full compliance with Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes, including the statutory requirements governing licensed private process servers. Pursuant to 12 O.S. §158.1, service and return of court documents may be completed by an authorized licensed private process server, as appointed by the presiding judge of the appropriate judicial district.

All service attempts are performed by qualified individuals who meet the statutory standards for age, residency, and character as outlined under Oklahoma law. First attempt at document service will be within 4 Business Days from request contingent upon all required materials being available, subject to recipient accessibility and legal limitations. Service methods and procedural requirements adhere to 12 O.S. §2004, which governs issuance of summons, personal delivery standards, and return of service obligations in civil actions.

Upon completion of service, the client will receive a formally executed Proof of Service Report or Affidavit of Service, containing the legally required details of how, when, and upon whom service was made, as mandated by Oklahoma’s civil procedure rules.
