Task Force Investigation & Security (TFIS) is a veteran‑founded, veteran/first responder operated investigative and security agency that upholds the uncompromising standards of America’s finest military units. We are not just a civilian company with a military aesthetic—we are a disciplined, mission‑driven unit providing business solutions and consulting services that execute civilian operations with battlefield precision, professionalism, and integrity.
Founded and led by Richard Mangum, a United States Army Veteran, TFIS instills the values of honor, courage, commitment, duty, integrity, respect, and selfless service into every assignment.
At TFIS, we deliver elite‑level Process Service, Private Investigation, Bail Enforcement, and Executive Protective Services to individuals, businesses, and institutions across Oklahoma and beyond. Our Operators adhere to strict standards of conduct, appearance, FBI fitness standards, and operational readiness. Every Operator is trained to the full scope of the unit capabilities to perform under pressure, maintain client confidentiality, and execute their duties with professionalism and respect.
We take pride in our merit‑based culture, where performance—not favoritism—drives advancement. Here at TFIS, we work for what's important, "Mission Results," and that's how our team gets paid by the Mission, not time sitting around like the other guys. As a company, we invest significantly in training, certifications, and professional development for those who prove themselves in the field. That's why we provide a training facility for our team of Operators and local agencies in the community.
Whether serving critical legal documents, conducting high‑stakes investigations, locating missing persons, or protecting people and assets, TFIS operates with the discipline of a military unit and the precision of a specialized Task Force. Our goal is simple: to provide elite level task unit resources of the military to the citizens of this great nation.
